Rockin’ around the Christmas Tree…

Christmas is my absolute favourite time of year. Everything is so magical and I get caught up in the excitement as if I was a child again. Although Matt and I have now lived together for three and a half years, this year will be the first where our house is fully decorated and ready for Christmas! My parents house is always beautifully decorated by my mum during the festive season so Matt and I have done our best to emulate the traditional decor and capture the spirit. As our house is Victorian we have high ceilings so we thought it only appropriate to fill the space with an 8ft Christmas tree! So with champagne, Christmas songs aplenty playing and scented candles burning, we set about bringing Christmas into our home. It’s also our first Christmas as a married couple so we thought we’d capture the moment on film with my favourite Christmas song in the background which can be viewed at the bottom of the page!

Wow I love your fireplace, looks so beautiful with the festive decor 🙂 I'm in the process of decorating my tree but seem to have misplaced the accessories from last year so I guess I have to go shopping for new ones 🙁 x
