Introducing Cosatto’s latest launch – the Ooba 3-in-1 Travel System. The Ooba offers the complete package when it comes to a travel system. Along with the chassis, carrycot and pushchair seat comes a matching changing bag, cosy toes and rain cover, so there’s no need to buy any extras.
What I love about the Ooba is the modern and functional design. Not only is it one very good looking pushchair (I received numerous compliments whilst out and about!) which is suitable from birth, it was also incredibly easy to assemble – so much so, we managed it without looking at any instructions, and I was quickly able to familiarise myself with the various features.
There are so many things I love about this pushchair so I’ll start with my favourites. Firstly, the height of the seat. After 6 months of using the Bugaboo, I noticed as soon as I popped Henry into the Ooba that he was sitting much higher up. As a mama who loves staring at her baby as she walks (I was once so engrossed in staring into Henry’s baby blues whilst returning home that I walked right past our house) I loved him being closer to me.
The handle height is adjustable, which I’m thankful for, as being 5’9 means I need the extra length to stop my legs catching on the pushchair as I walk. Switching the seat between parent and outward facing couldn’t be easier. Whereas other pushchairs require the seat being taken off, with the Ooba, simply flip the handle over the seat (even whilst baba is still seated) and off you go! This worked perfectly on a walk recently when the return journey meant the sun was in Henry’s eyes. I simply switched the handle so he was outward facing and the problem was solved!
Another huge plus is the basket. It’s easily accessible and spacious enough to carry a fair amount of shopping. After using the Bugaboo basket (which, lets face it, is a bit rubbish) it was a joy to have a basket I could actually use, and not just be teased with. My final favourite feature is the reversible cosytoes. Not only is it fab that it’s included in the price, but it’s easily removed via the zips, so if a chilly stroll later turns warm, baby doesn’t get too hot. It even features little pockets for keeping tiny hands warm!
Other features which are worth a mention:
– integrated car seat adaptors for use with the Cosatto Hold
– multi-position recline seat
– lockable front wheels
– adjustable leg support
– toy loops in the hood of both the carrycot and pushchair to keep little ones entertained
Now, let’s move on to the pièce de résistance – the glorious aesthetic design of the Cosatto Ooba. The duck egg leatherette paired with the fresh white creates one super chic and stylish pushchair. It’s definitely an eye-catcher and I felt like a proud mama wheeling Henry around in his fancy ride! The colourful geometric print featured on the inside of the hood even captured Henry’s attention and kept him entertained on our walk, so it’s safe to say both mum and baby love the bold colour and print.
I really can’t fault the Ooba, every design need has been met with the functional and easy features. If I had to pick a minor flaw, the white wheels may require some cleaning further down the line to keep them looking spic n’ span, but they look oh so stylish and it just wouldn’t look quite so chic with ubiquitous black wheels. Overall a really fantastic pushchair that has every base covered. Thank you Cosatto for creating such a well designed travel system!

Oooh! I've got an iCandy Peach Jogger but I've always liked the look of Cosatto pushchairs. I LOVE the sound of the handle switching thing as I've had several instances recently of the sun being in Huxley's eyes and having to lift the whole seat off to spin it round with him sat in it – it's no wonder my back is playing up!

I've seen the yellow version of this and thought it a bit odd looking, but now I've seen this one I think I'm won over! x
